Myths are a vessel for wisdom & embodied remembering. They hold threads of living archetypes that sow seeds in your body and soul. They invite you to metabolise myth and journey with them in
expression and connection.
To metabolise myth, is to listen with your felt-body : breath, sound, touch, taste, smell.
To inhale the story as you listen, inviting your
body to listen.
Once the myth has taken up root in your body you are invited to continue jouryning with the living archetypes through a
intutive art practice.
inviting you to explore, play and express
what was felt.
There is no 'right or wrong way' to create nor the pressure to 'be good at art'
Creativity and expression is our birth right
it is your unique expression, play and curiosity which is invited to these circles - letting your intutive body to lead.
Through these practices we invite myths to walk and weave alongside us - sharing their ancient wisdoms and igniting our inner knowing.
Deer-Dreaming
Let us deeply dream with the land, our deer kin and within.
Remembering our body-felt pathways and deep listening.
Let us tread along mugwort paths and into the belly of the mountain.
Coming home to our embodied dreaming and felt belonging to the land, animal kin and cyclical nature.
Let us come home to earth - water - deer - embodied dreaming

Or source it from online or craft shops :)

What People are saying
Sarah weaves together myth, inner journeying and art taking us deep into our ancestral souls. Such a deep and beautiful experience that carried me through the winter solstice and gave expression to my inner world. A wonderful facilitator and a beautiful sharing of journey with beautiful souls, thank you.
Karen - Scotland

Sarah story journey was so rich in both meaning and imagery that I sunk into its layers and fully experienced the elements and feeling of the story. It is as if the story opened something within myself free and related to the story of my own biography. I went through a process connecting to a early childhood memory and through the art process I was able to give comfort to my inner child.
Emma - Wales

Using the myth as a template for remembering our true nature,
I was led to meet my inner world through the means of embodied art making which helped me to deepen my relationship with the unseen, mythic and magical ways that life is co-creating with me.
Thank you Sarah for sharing your delicious craft with us and guiding me into a more alive relationship with my own creative spirit.
Willow - Devon

This workshop was exactly what I needed and I loved that we were held by Sarah the facilitator to process the mythos within and in the group cauldron. I enjoyed the prompts that allowed us to create and engage. It was a special group of women coming together to share from below the surface.
